Tax Exemption for amazon business account
Hi,
I want to buy an item from amazon using my amazon business account, is there a way I can submit a Resale certificate and get tax exemptions on items i buy with intent to resell?

I believe It is against policy to buy from Amazon to sell on Amazon-is that what you are asking?

Individuals or businesses may qualify to make tax-exempt purchases on Amazon.com. Please reference the link to Our Amazon Tax Exemption Program (ATEP). The program supports tax-exempt purchases for sales sold by Amazon, its affiliates, and participating independent third-party sellers.
If you believed you could make tax-exempt purchases of products on Amazon.com using your Amazon Selling Account and then turn around and list those products on any e-commerce platform, you have been either misinformed or you were unaware. Now, you have been informed.
