how we can set up the shipping fees to all the different buyer in USA ? As those who stay in far away the delivery cost is higher?

All items for sale on the dot com site must have the same shipping price for all 48 contiguous states. Domestic sellers may set separate rates for Alaska and Hawaii as well as the various territories and protectorates.

I am not sure if sellers shipping from outside the U.S. will be able to set separate rates for Alaska/Hawaii and protectorates. But you will not be able to set different rates for the 48 contiguous states.
