CAREFUL BUYING SHIPPING FROM AMAZON
I have been charged over 3000.00 in the last 2 weeks. I have about 10,000 or more "other fees" /shipping adjustment. I have opened like 8 cases that got transferred. No email no answer. When you purchase a label through amazon and put in the correct measurements and weight there should be no other charges. About a year and a half sgo my sales on Amazon was 100,000.00 my other fees were anout 150.00 now my sales are 3400.00 and my other fees are 3800.00. Im loosing money, I cant get any answers. Quite obviously Amazon is getting a kick back. If I cant get my money back Im done. Ill go to Ebay, Walmart ect. Amazon has made it where you absolutely cant stay in business and refuse to stand behind their sellers on shipping they charged them for

Same issue with my orders. Amazon does not calculate the dimensional weight yet the carrier does and audits the shipment and charges you a lot more. My package is larger than most ;) so my audits cost me over $2000 after paying UPS over $2000 already so all that to say this is a struggle.

WOW.... I was just thinking the same. I saw all these " Other Charges " for the first time ever and couldn't figure out what is was. Naturally when you call or email Seller Support, you get nothing. I was thinking how could I have been off by so much in my weights and measurements to get these extra charges, now I know it is happening to everyone. We cannot all be wrong. Thanks for the insight.

Make sure when you get the info from Support finally, that you ask them for the REVENUE ASSURANCE ID as well. This will help you Dispute the charges with USPS APV. Which is the ONLY way you can dispute them. If the dispute is approved, follow up with Amazon for the reimbursement. It's a process and will take time.
