Greetings,

Alright guys, any thoughts about new On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) policy?

Just saw it right now inside account health dashboard.

What is insane is I pulled my report and saw they are now tracking the time.

I have late deliveries that show expected delivery date without extention was for example July 18th and was delivered by July 18th. But the report shows 7UTC time and delivered was 21 UTC and so now its showing as late.

My thoughts are this is a load of carp and they are just trying to either get rid of more FBM Sellers or coerce to go FBA and make Amazon more money. Downright crooked.

they took this from Walmart. i know people that have warehouse for amazon that got deactivated for this metric on Walmart. i ship same next day & I'm hit because of lost in transit. that plus a winter storm or natural disaster & you're accounts at risk smh. it's a FBA money grab

This situation seems unrealistic. With the holidays, business closures, people being away, and staffing shortages, it's difficult to understand how carriers could possibly meet the delivery deadlines. The planning appears to overlook these practical challenges, making it quite frustrating and confusing. It’s important for sellers to have a voice in this process, just as customers do.

Should that matter if you used Amazon shipping services or FBA?

I have had a 99%-100% OTD for 2 years straight... woke up this morning to 84.76%

Complete BS. We ship EVERY item same-day. It is almost impossible (other than "act of God") for our shipments to arrive late.

Between this and the new weird hits on violations, it really does seem like they are trying to push sellers out.

The policy is to ask you to be faster and better, if you can't do it, please use FBA, this is their purpose.

Reading this topic I went and checked ours... Un-freaking-believable. Of the 17 they have late deliveries, 10 of them were delivered on time. This is STUPID AMAZON

I shipped out every order on time, but now risky to be kicked out of FBM because of the carrier low performance. This is insane. especially for low volume seller.
