I’m facing a big issue with the RUH8 FBA center. Many of my shipments were initially received with the correct quantity, but after 3–5 days, Amazon updated the inventory to show missing units. This has happened across 30+ shipments, worth around SAR 125,000.
We submitted all proofs—DHL delivery confirmation, invoices, and shipment records—but some reimbursements that were initially approved were later denied.
Has anyone experienced this with RUH8? How did you get Amazon to reimburse the missing inventory? Any advice or steps that worked would be very helpful.
