I am requesting a review of my account deactivation related to authenticity complaints.
After carefully reviewing the issue, I acknowledged that the invoices I originally submitted may not fully meet Amazon's verification requirements. I have accepted responsibility for this documentation deficiency and have taken corrective actions to address it.
Actions taken:
• Permanently removed the affected ASINs.
• Will not relist those products unless I obtain fully compliant documentation.
• Implemented stricter supplier verification procedures.
• Will only source from suppliers capable of providing complete commercial invoices and supporting business documentation.
• Established internal documentation controls to ensure future inventory is fully traceable and compliant with Amazon policies.
I have submitted a detailed Plan of Action along with invoices, payment proof, supplier business licenses, and product images. Despite these efforts, my appeals continue to receive responses stating that the supplier cannot be verified or that the information provided is insufficient.
I have been selling on my amazon account for more than 2 years and always ensured the documents and policies.
I respectfully request a escalation of my case and any guidance regarding what additional information may be required to demonstrate that the underlying issue has been fully addressed.
