لدي علامة تجارية مسجلة في سجل العلامات التجارية لامازن واعاني من التعديات القادمة من البائعين الدولليين

لان العلامة مسجلة في مناطق اخرى وفي بائعين يبيعونها في مناطقهم

هل من طريقة لايقاف البائعين الدوليين بشكل كلي من البيع في منطقتي

it looks like that selling in saudi market that eliminating the unauthorized seller is very difficult. Amazon will consider this a distribution issues and won't get involved. in the meantime, the hijacking price and price war are extremely widespread.

Products comes into saudi market easy especially from Road Custom from Dubai, therefore put original authorised dealer into a higher cost less competitive situation.

As the brand transparancy program seems not working in saudi. what would be the solutions for legitimate sellers? Any suggestions?
