Hi Everyone,

I am not sure how Amazon KSA is working, We are selling in UAE for long but never face this issue. and This was the first time we sent goods to amazon KSA and they lost 200 units (2 difference skus 100 units eack sku) , At first they receive our inveotry of all the products , but after 2 days automatically inventory become 0 , we raise a query that it is lost, but they are saying it is not received.

We have sent them receiving proof amazon stamped, packing list, even the picture of goods which recieved earlier and become 0, becase it is my habbit to take picture of the goods received . I show them a proof that it is received and than lost. But still they are keep on saying it is not delivered.

What should I do in that case? As i have delivered the goods but they are the one who lost it.

Are you facing the same lost issue?

أنا بائع على أمازون من قبل دخوله إلى السعودية، منذ أيام سوق.كوم

جميع منتجاتنا لها فواتير رسمية، تم تقديمها لأمازون ورفضوها لأجل الكمية فقط

يقولون يجب أن تكون 10 قطع على الأقل، علما أني وفرت لهم فواتير توضح 12 قطعة، ولكن لأنها غير مجمعة لم يقبلوها

أبلغتهم بأن السياسة في السعودية تمنع استيراد أكثر من قطعتين لمن لا يملك سجل تجاري، ومع ذلك رفضوا

أبلغتهم بأن الذين يملكون وثيقة العمل الحر لا يسمح لهم باستيراد أكثر من قطعتين، ومع ذلك رفضوا

وفرت لهم 6 فواتير، كل فاتورة تحوي قطعتين، يعني الاجمالي 12 قطعة، ومع ذلك رفضوا

مع العلم بأن لدي استمارات بيع مسبقة لنفس العلامة التجارية قد تم الموافقة عليها

التعامل معهم متعب صراحة، وبدأت أعتمد على متجري في نون

أنا لا أعلم كيف يسمحون للبائعين بالتسجيل لديهم بوثيقة العمل الحر ولا يحترمون قوانين الدولة لمن يملك وثيقة العمل الحر!؟

يجب عليهم أن يتفقهوا بقوانين الدولة حتى يعلموا ما المسموح وما الممنوع لحاملي وثيقة العمل الحر، وإلا سيفقدون العديد من البائعين

Lost inventory but Amazon didn’t process it

Hello everyone,

The reason I contacted Amazon was because I was concerned about Amazon's handling of my FNSKU: X001ZWCOBX, X00266NTCF, X0023RRHF7, Very frustrated with the way FBA handles inventory. On March 27, 2025, all of my inventory was seized with no explanation. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, opened multiple cases, and even called the FBA team. Unfortunately, all I received was a generic response that read: "We have contacted our internal team for information regarding your request. We will get back to you as soon as there are updates or if you require any further information connect.

When I received the response, I was told that FC had 35 items pending, either waiting to be transferred, waiting to be verified, or waiting to be investigated. However, a week later, my inventory still hadn't arrived. FC's processing time usually takes no more than three days, so this delay would cause my sales to drop and affect my business. What's more, my high-value products seriously affected my funds!

To make matters worse, Amazon's support team seems inexperienced and unresponsive. They have not provided any meaningful help. Two of my cases are still pending with no resolution in sight. I have never been able to get compensation. I have provided a receipt, but Amazon still replies that the product is in the warehouse and is still being looked for. This efficiency is very disappointing!

Amazon, if you're listening, please teach your employees how to treat sellers and resolve our issues effectively. This lack of support is unacceptable.

I'm really disappointed..!

My inventory is Missing

I shipped two different items to the Amazon warehouse JED3 via ATS on February 14, 2025 . One of the items is available for sale, but the other item appears to be lost, and Amazon has closed the shipment. This situation is unacceptable, and I request either the return of my lost inventory or a reimbursement for the missing units. ID:FBA15K1BBYK2

Hello everyone

I face issue, After amazon receive my items at FBA they change some QTY from all skus to be Defective, After they receive the items in good condition, I raise a case to amazon support team since 15th Jan'25 and till today

They only response with General responses are not useful to anyone, Without tacking any action or compensate me for this items damaged by amazon team in the FBA center
