shipment checked in 1 month ago but did not start recieving yet

My shipment was checked in amazon warehouse on the 27th of june.

The shipment did not change into recieving status, I opened a case but did not recieve any help.

The shipment was picked up by amazon ATS service from my adress so it is AMAZON's responsibility to locate this shipment.

Please help me locate my shipment as this is a big waste of time and money for me.

سلام عليكم, أنا أواجه مشكلة صارت لي زمان لكن خلاص سحبت عليها بس الحين صارت لي ثاني مره على منتج قيمته أغلى.

المشكلة بكل بساطة أنه جاني طلب وشحنته وقعد تقريبا شهر عشان يوصل للعميل في النهاية العميل ما إستلمه مدري اش السبب بالضبط, صار فيه طلب إرجاع على المنتج

الفلوس إنسحبت من حساب أمازون والطلب له تقريبا 23 يوم وماوصل. رفعت طلب على safe-t claims يقولون أنه المنتج وصلك قبل 10 أيام تقريبا وأنك إستلمته ولا فيه أي شي حرفيا يثبت هذا, مجرد أنه مكتوب في سستمهم المضروب خلاص يعتمدوا عليه. أرجو الإفادة لأن مشكلة زي ذي تتحملها أمازون عشان الشحن كله كان عليهم مع ذلك يحط الغلط عليك ف الوضع لا يطاق.

recently i see lot of seller fba unit missing 1 month gone they not active,also inventory removal pending,if happen continue we may need close our amazon journey ,i dont know why amazon did not take any step against this problem.and also they did not give payment for missing unit in fba.i think in fba there are many bad worker who did this,amazon should take step immedietly
