اواجة مشكلة في إزسال شحنة FBA الي مستودع امازون بجدة.

جميع شركات الشحن المحلية ترفض استلام الشحنة بسبب عدم توفر اسم المستلم ورقم الجوال؟

ماهو الحلول البديلة مع العلم ان جميع الشركات سمسا ارامكس البريد السعودي يرفض الاستلام!

We want an Inbound shipping in which Amazon courier will come to our location and will pick our inventory for FBA to ship it to the warehouse as like they are doing in UAE Marketplace,

what is the procedure to enable this option in KSA also.

كيف نضمن حقنا كبائعين؟؟

عندي شحن ذاتي لمنتجاتي و عميل رفع طلب استرداد والله المنتج غالي بفوق الالف ريال والسبب للاسترجاع انه " لم يعجني" طيب الكرتون انفتح وهي مكنسه كيف ارجع ابيعها الان؟ واكلم امازون يقولون مافي اي شي نقدر نسويه لك

المفروض يكون في لجنه فض نزاعات في الحالات هذي يقررون كم المبلغ الي المفروض يسترد للعميل بناء على الاسباب وحالة المنتج يعني انا انخصم من حسابي قيمة المنتج ومااستلمت المنتج بعد!!!! اتخيل العميل سرقني ومارجعه!! ايش هذي السياسات الي ماتدخل العقل

هدفكم ترضون عميلكم ماقلنا شي لكن ترضونه على حسابنا احنا الي مقوين اقتصادكم ؟؟ عجيب امركم ياامازون

I am writing to inquire about the current status of the transportation and delivery of chinese products from Alibaba to Amazon Saudi Arabia. Given the recent global logistical challenges, we would appreciate an update on any potential delays, disruptions, or changes that may be affecting chinese shipments to KSA.
