We are deeply concerned that our Global Brand listing continues to be repeatedly rejected, even though we have submitted all required documentation, including:
-Letter of Authorization (LOA), Brand Representative’s Business Card, Trademark Registration Certificate, Valid Brand Invoices
"Willingness to connect Amazon Support directly with Brand Representatives
Despite providing this complete and verifiable information, our cases are being closed repeatedly with automated responses, offering no meaningful resolution or engagement. This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially when the appeal page clearly states that we may contact support for further assistance.
We respectfully request that Amazon support urgently escalate this matter to the relevant leadership or specialized team. We were previously informed that someone from leadership would reach out regarding Case Ref: 11201229522, but we have received no communication, follow-up, or call to date.
Here are the related case references where we submitted multiple applications and resubmissions, yet all were rejected—apparently without a full review of the documents provided:

We have also contacted Support multiple times, but the issue keeps being passed off to “Another team” with no direct way for us to communicate or clarify our position. This loop of redirection and automated closure is unacceptable given the thorough documentation we’ve already submitted.
