I was recently surprised to find that Amazon deducted **SAR 50** twice from my account without any clear reason or prior notice. What made it more frustrating is that the product **was not returned**, yet the deductions were made as if a return had taken place.

After contacting customer service and going through a review process, the amount was eventually refunded. However, the question remains:

**How can such arbitrary deductions be made without any respect for the seller’s account or efforts?**

As sellers, we trust the platform and work hard to maintain the quality of our services and products. We do not expect to face such actions without clear justification or an official apology.

We hope Amazon management will review these practices and ensure **greater transparency and accuracy** in financial dealings—out of respect for both sellers and customers.

في حال طلب العميل إرجاع منتج، هل يعود إلي أم إلى المورد الأصلي؟

كيف تتم عملية استرداد المبلغ؟ وهل أكون مسؤولاً عن تكاليف الشحن؟

التحديات المحتملة:

ما هي المشاكل الشائعة التي قد أواجهها في هذا النظام؟ (مثل تأخير الشحن أو مشاكل الجودة)

كيف أتجنب تعطيل حسابي بسبب مخالفة سياسات أمازون المتعلقة بالموردين؟

نصائح للبداية الصحيحة:

ما هي أولوية العمل قبل نشر المنتجات؟

كيف أتحقق من موثوقية المورد قبل التعاقد؟

أقدّر أي تجارب أو نصائح تشاركونها، فهي ستكون عونًا لي ولغيري من المبتدئين.

1. Hello hope anyone help me. I am professional seller sell on amazon from 7 months. My account is created on my personal details. But now i create a establishment in Saudi Arabia for my business and i want to change my account details on establishment details.
2. Establishment is created on my name. There is no option to change business information according to establishment details. I contacted help team from amazon they told me to change information in business section i already change it but there is no option for adding my establishment registered number and submitted documents so it will be changed professionally on amazon system. If anyone here know the solution kindly help me on this .

anyone please advise, how i can close/deactivate my amazon account permanantly
