RYY2 what is happening there?
We shipped merchandise to RYY2 and they received it back on 1/02/2025 it has been nearly a month and it is not checking in. Why are we being asked to ship merchandise to a warehouse incapable of processing it on-time. Can someone check with that warehouse as to what is happening there?

We have two LTL shipments that we shipped to RYY2 in early December. We are only now seeing a delivery appointment of 2/11/2025!! In fact, they have closed the shipment without receiving any items, likely due to the shipment "aging out" and sitting in their queue for over two months. Getting any kind of help through Seller Support is a joke. We have escalated to SAS but have yet to hear anything material that would help us.
Whatever is going on at RYY2 can't be good. I suspect they are understaffed and were not prepared / properly trained to accept these inbound shipments at scale.
Not a lot of help, but just letting you know you're not in this boat by yourself.
