Hello, I canceled an order due to lack of stock. After the cancellation, the customer gave me a 1-star rating, and I lost the Buybox. How can a customer who has never received any service from me give me a rating? Please remove the negative feedback. Have a good day.

Through those pages, you'll see the explanation and details of Feedback and what can or can't be done according to the related policies. If you believe by then that the Feedback in question is eligible to be removed, you can report it through the Feedback Manager by selecting the relevant option from the Actions column.
