Hello, I have created a listing product few days ago on a gaming mechanical keyboard, however they closed my case because I did not sent the opened package of it, so I made a new listing for approval with all the attached images required including the opened package aswell, however it auto-declines it because it says
"We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request."
I have tried a different variety of the mechanical keyboard as we have 5 different versions but they all say it is duplicated, and I cannot contact support regarding this case that I want to re-apply and I have everything listed to be required for approval. A help would be appreciated, many thanks.
