Hi, I received a violation of Counterfeit without a Test Buy. I purchased the product directly from the brand owner and have already submitted a Plan of Action. However, I keep receiving automated responses saying that my submission lacks sufficient information. You need a LOA from the brand, and you will most likely be asked for invoices from the brand as well.

Do you mean, from the online store of this brand? And it shipped directly from that brand's warehouse to Amazon customers?
Can you share the POA, personal details removed?
