Inactive account and can't access my reports

I stopped selling on Amazon FBA due to fees and ever changing policy rules after shipping items in. My account is INACTIVE account now and I can log in. I have no desire to start selling again but I can't even access my reports for tax purposes. It has locked down everything including SUPPORT which is pretty dumb.

I have updated my credit card which I didn't want to as I don't need it on there and still nothing. That is the only thing I can access to update. How can I access support to just get at my reports?
