A-to-Z Claim Approved Despite Valid Proof of Delivery
What can I do to protect myself and win A-to-Z claims when a buyer falsely claims non-delivery, even though we provided valid proof of delivery?
We recently faced a case where a customer claimed they didn’t receive the item, but the tracking from Aramex clearly shows it was delivered. Despite this, Amazon ruled in favor of the customer and refunded them — even though they still have the product.
How can sellers protect themselves in such cases?
What additional steps or documentation does Amazon require to accept the proof of delivery?
Is there a way to appeal such unfair decisions or prevent future losses?
Appreciate any guidance from experienced sellers or Amazon team members
