I received a disbursement email from Amazon

My account was blocked, but on June 3rd I received an email saying that my funds were released for withdrawal but no amount was released and I cannot withdraw, and the disbursement schedule is at 0 dollars, what should I do?

Was the account blocked before or after you received the email on June 3rd? If the deactivation happened after the notification on June 3rd, your funds may be on hold per the funds disbursement eligibility policy. This means you will need to wait 60 days from the date when your account was deactivated before you can request your funds.

If your account is reinstated due to an appeal, funds will be released and disbursed according to your disbursement schedule.

The forums community and I are here to support you. I hope my response is beneficial for your situation.

Thank you,

Remy
