Seller Support automated responses are causing so much frustration
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue related to the our authorization to list and sell a Bran *** under our store name. Recently, I received authenticity complaint on a product and even though I submitted the letter of authorization directly issued from manufacturer still seller support/account health team is rejecting LOA I'm sure that the LOA fulfils all Amazon's requirements. Amazon is requesting me to show that AM I seriously authorised to sell this brand with my own brand name? LOA clearly mentions that I'm authorized to sell that brand under my own name and sell it. They are just sending me same template-based answers every time!!! This is wasting valuable time and impacting our business operations without valid reason. I want a manual human review at any cost please!!!!!!

i also face sme problem a competatice seller complain on one of my listing.First he message me to increase the product price other wisw he will compain about my lsiting.After 3 days he did same he purchase and complain inauthenticity about my product before product delivery.I call the health support and describe all senerio they told me that your will describe all this and your complain will be remove.But nothing happened i submit invoices but rejected by same automation reply. My wholesaler is the biggest wholesaler of that specific nieche and brand authorized but amazon rejected invoice by saying they did accept it and dont provide reason. Instead of that seller who complain fake and threaten me on amazon seller amazon did this to me .Is there anyone who is serious about sellers issue.

Same feelings here too.
The SellerSupport replies are punctual but understanding of the complaint is very limited. You talk of apple and they reply of oranges.
I think sellersupport is handed over to AI.
