Amazon Guaranteed Delivery Program Overview


  1. Once you enroll in the Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery program, the handling time for all your offers will be automatically updated to "0 Days". If an item is not readily available for shipping, click here to submit an ASIN/SKU restriction request before enrolling in the Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery program. You will receive a confirmation on the request within 2 business days and after receiving this confirmation, you can enroll into the Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery program without these SKUs.
  2. Customer-facing shipping charges will be automatically set for all offers enrolled in Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery. You will not be able to modify these shipping charges. Customers will be charged SAR 18 for Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery order.
  3. Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders received till 1:00 p.m. Arabia Standard Time (AST) should be scheduled by 1:45 p.m. AST and kept ready for pick-up by 2:00 p.m. AST on the same day.
  4. Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders not shipped by the ‘Ship By Date’ (Estimated Ship Date) may be automatically canceled. This will impact your performance metrics and automatic cancellation fees will be charged.
  5. You must maintain the performance metrics specified in the Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery program eligibility separately for Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders as well as other Amazon Easy Ship orders.

Temporarily Disabling Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery

The system is aware of weekends and Saudi Arabian national holidays and will take these into account while displaying ‘Ship By date (Estimated Ship Date) for your Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders. Your customers will see a corresponding delivery promise. That means, the system adjusts the ship date and delivery date to the next business day in such cases.

If you decide to close your business on other days for reasons such as holidays, inventory cycle count or unplanned events such as rain storms you must deactivate the Guaranteed Delivery option under Shipping Settings. It is important to make sure that buyers are not able to place Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders that you might not be able to fulfil on any day you decide to close your business. This also applies to days where you might only be partially operational due to unforeseen events such as staff shortages.

To deactivate Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery:


  1. Go to the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central.
  2. Select the Easy Ship tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Edit and then de-select the checkbox next to Guaranteed Delivery option.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm.
  6. Disabling the Guaranteed Delivery option will not impact any existing unshipped Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders that you have received. You must still fulfil and ship those orders. Once the de-activation takes effect (usually in less than 10 minutes), you will no longer receive Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery orders. When you're ready to receive these types of orders again, re-activate the Guaranteed Delivery option.
Note: If Seller Fulfilled Prime sellers disable Guaranteed Delivery Service from their account, the Prime badge will be disabled for their offers.
