The orders that you receive for offers that are enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime are tagged as Prime orders. You can use the Control Prime order volume tab to effectively manage your daily order volume, by enabling or disabling Prime, or setting a Prime order limit per estimated ship date.
If you are unable to meet the Seller Fulfilled Prime program requirements due to exceptional circumstances (such as any operational issues, public holidays, or curfews), you can use the Enable or disable Prime option in the Control Prime order volume tab to temporarily disable the Prime badge for enrolled offers. You will still continue to receive Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery and other Amazon Easy Ship orders. However, these will not be tagged as Prime. During this time, you must adhere to the order processing timelines of Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery, and Amazon Easy Ship. This does not impact your account’s eligibility for Prime, or your performance metrics. Enabling Prime restores the Prime badge for offers enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime.
You can use the Prime Order limit per estimated ship date option in the Control Prime order volume tab to override your daily order limit. This limit applies only to Prime orders. After the limit is reached, the Prime badge is disabled for the enrolled SKUs. The badge is restored only after the next order cutoff time (when the next estimated ship date is enabled) for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. The estimated ship date is the “Ship by’’ date which can be found on the order detail page.
Both the Enable or disable Prime and Prime order limit per estimated ship date options remove the Prime badge only from your offers enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime. However, you continue to receive Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery and other Amazon Easy Ship orders.
This functionality can be used to manage your daily Prime order volume efficiently and would also be important for you during peaks. You can change the existing limits at any time. In case your daily limit is exhausted and you increase or decrease the limit value, the change will only be effective from the next order cut-off time.
The Enable or disable Prime option allows you to remove the Prime badge from your offers that are enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime in almost immediately. You must only use this functionality in case of any exceptional circumstances or when you want to temporarily disable Seller Fulfilled Prime for your seller account. You will continue to receive Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery and other Amazon Easy Ship orders. You must not switch off the Prime interested or enabled slider in such cases, but only when you want to permanently opt out of the Seller Fulfilled Prime program.
.Your daily Seller Fulfilled Prime order limit is auto-refreshed each time the next order cutoff time is set.
The order limit is defined for a given estimated ship date. For holidays, orders are combined with the next estimated ship date. For example, the combined Prime orders from Thursday (post order cutoff, after 1p.m.) until Saturday (pre order cutoff, 1 p.m.) are limited by the set order limit.
When Prime is disabled, the Prime badge is not shown for any offers. Any additional orders that you get for Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery or Amazon Easy Ship won’t be counted against your daily limit. However, there will be no change on the set Prime order limit. The limits remain as set by you and resume once Prime is enabled.
