Booking an appointment for Less than Truck Load (LTL) shipments

This article provides information on the fast-track process of booking an appointment for LTL shipments to be sent to our fulfillment centers, that contain less than or equal to 100 units.

You can request an appointment for your LTL shipments by sending an email to Provide the following details in your email:

  • Name of the fulfillment center
  • Your seller ID
  • PO number
  • Number of pallets
  • Number of units
  • Number of cartons
  • Requested date
  • Requested time

Based on the available allocated capacity for the next day, we create the requested appointment and send a confirmation to your registered email address.

  • Requests raised until 4 p.m. (Sunday-Thursday) are considered for appointments on the next day. Later requests are considered for the days after.
  • If the daily allocated capacity for any given day is reached, we will give you an appointment for the earliest available slot in the following days.
  • The eligible fulfillment centers are RUH6 and JED3.
  • This process is not applicable to heavy and bulky items, or temperature-controlled items.
  • This process is only available for appointments that are for shipments with less than or equal to 100 units.
  • This is process is only available to domestic sellers.
  • You must send all requests to only. Don’t send requests to your account manager.
