Dangerous goods (also called Hazardous Materials or ‘hazmat’) are defined by Amazon and/or by various regulatory bodies as substances or materials that can pose an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property in storage, handling or transport. You are expected to adhere to guidelines in order to be compliant with the special regulations and procedures for shipping dangerous goods.
Only certain dangerous goods are allowed to be shipped through Amazon Easy Ship. For example, you are allowed to ship mobile phones, laptops, etc. that contain non-standalone Lithium batteries. You cannot ship most other hazmat items, including some types of standalone batteries. You can refer to the list of items allowed and restricted through Easy Ship here.
