The Manage Orders page

Your Manage Orders page provides a customizable view of all your orders on all sales channels. You can view all orders within a given date range or use the search and advanced search functions to filter specific types of orders. To view the page from your seller account, click Orders, and then click Manage Orders.

  • You must take action to ship the order (Have the package picked up by the courier if you are using Amazon Easy Ship). You must do so within +1 working day of the estimated ship date. Otherwise, Amazon will automatically cancel the order and you will not be paid, even if you shipped the order. You may also be charged a cancellation fee (unless the buyer requested the cancellation). You may receive a notification by email before this deadline to alert you.
  • In case if you are using Self ship you must confirm and ship the package within 5 days of the estimated ship date. Otherwise, Amazon will automatically cancel the order and you will not be paid, even if you shipped the order. You may also be charged a cancellation fee (unless the buyer requested the cancellation). You should receive a notification by email before this deadline to alert you.
  • You will see the "Shipment is late" status in Manage Orders and a warning message on your seller account home page if you do not take action on orders in time.
