Your Manage Orders page provides a customizable view
of all your orders on all sales channels. You can view all orders within a given date
range or use Search and filters to find specific types of orders. To view the page from
your seller account, click Orders, and then click Manage
Orders.
Here is some additional information:
Buyers' phone numbers will not be visible for most orders that are fulfilled by
Amazon or delivered by Amazon Easy Ship. If you must contact the buyer, follow the
steps listed on the Contact a buyer page.
You must take action to ship the order (either have the package picked up by the
courier if you are using Amazon Easy Ship, or confirm shipment of the order if you do
not use Amazon Easy Ship and ‘self-ship’ with a third-party courier). You must do so
within 5 days of the estimated ship date. Otherwise, Amazon will automatically
cancel the order and you will not be paid, even if you shipped the order. You may
also be charged a cancellation fee (unless the buyer requested the cancellation). You
should receive a notification by email before this deadline to alert you.
You will see the "Shipment is late" status in Manage Orders
and a warning message on your seller account home page if you do not take action on
orders in time.
