Track Your Performance on Seller Fulfilled Prime

You can now track your performance on Seller Fulfilled Prime using the Program Eligibility Scorecard widget that is located under Performance > Account health > Eligibilities . It allows you to specifically track Prime orders that have affected your late shipment rate and cancellation rate, using flexible date range filters, graphs, and downloadable reports.

The widget is designed to fetch all Prime orders. The graphs show order performance on a daily basis, along with the dates when performance crosses the eligibility program thresholds. You can also download the set of defective orders for further analysis. Orders from non-Prime SKUs will not be shown here.
