The Amazon Easy Ship program is a delivery service for Amazon sellers. Amazon orders are picked up from the seller's location by our delivery associates and delivered to the buyer's location with minimal effort from sellers, for a small fee.
Using the Amazon Easy Ship program, sellers will ensure that their buyers get trackable shipments with faster and more predictable delivery time. In addition, they can offer the option for buyers to pay for orders at the time of delivery using the Cash on Delivery (COD) feature that has been enabled for sellers using Easy Ship.
How does it work? Customer orders from you on Amazon. You get a notification of the order via e-mail and in Seller Central. You schedule the pickup from within Seller Central and prepare the package. During the allotted time, a delivery associate comes to your doorstep and picks up the packages to be delivered to customers. You can track your payable balance (net of any fees) from within Seller Central. If a customer returns their order, the Amazon Easy Ship program means we also arrange for the return delivery to your location.
Currently, the Amazon Easy Ship program is only available for sellers who fulfill their items from within Saudi Arabia. You must have an eligible pickup location. You can check your pickup location eligibility here.
