Return Addresses & Postage Labels

If you are shipping using the Amazon Easy Ship program, any customer returns will be automatically authorized by Amazon and will be delivered to your pickup location by our carrier. You will have to take action to give customers a refund for their order. You can do this and see more details on customer returns in the Manage Returns section of Seller Central.

Note: You cannot set a separate return address from your pickup location if you are using the Amazon Easy Ship program.

If you are doing self-ship, you will have to authorize each return request as it comes into the Manage Returns section of Seller Central. You can choose to refund the customer without requiring them to return the item to you, or you can upload a prepaid return postage label for them to use. See the link below for more information on prepaid return labels.

Note: You are not allowed to require the customer to pay out-of-pocket to ship the item back to your location (“self-ship return”).

If you are an international seller, you should provide a domestic SA return address to facilitate easier returns (and arrange for the onward delivery of those items to your location in your country).You can always choose instead to refund the customer without requiring them to return the item to you.
