The Statement View in your Payments Report shows you when and how much you will be paid. We update this information automatically so that it always shows up on the Payments report.
The Payments report will sometimes display an Unavailable Balance. This is normal when selling on Amazon. An unavailable balance usually indicates the amount of funds that has been reserved to ensure that you have enough funds on hand to fulfill any refund requests from buyers or other types of chargebacks.
Keeping your seller account up-to-date and in good standing is the best way to prevent potential payment delays.
It can take up to 5 business days for your money to appear in your bank account after we initiate payment.
If you expected a payment but did not receive one, you can also check Performance notifications for emails from Amazon that might explain the delay.
What is "unavailable balance"?
Amazon Payments pays the proceeds of yours sales to your bank account.
